Job Description
You’ll be joining as our third Product Designer in the Product Design Team. You’ll work with other designers and cross-functional team members, and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
What you’ll do:
- You will partner with the Product Managers, Engineers and other teams. Collectively, you will be actively involved in solving our users’ and business’ problems
- Research and derive new insights on our products to generate and propose new ideas to achieve the company goals
- From research to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing (and shipping!) products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way
- Review the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
- We are continuously developing our design system, so you’ll be a part of defining how our product will look and feel

What you’ll need:
- To be passionate, driven and resilient. And you're always ready to take on a challenge
- Keen visual design sense
- The ability to take ownership of design processes
- Strong UX focus and product sense
- To be a constant learner and always grow—individually and as a team
- Experience in designing for mobile and web
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
