We are hiring data scientists to join an aspiring optimization & International team, to transform an e-commerce platform data into analysable and valuable information to enable Customer optimization & product development.
Profile:
Fluent English Speaker (& German, desirable)
3 years of relevant professional experience in data science
High enthusiasm and the willingness to quickly familiarize with new issues
Responsibilities
As a data scientist in the ecommerce team you work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, UX/UI designers and developers as well as other stakeholders (such as Marketing) on a daily basis
You actively support the digital product teams to optimize the customer experience and to increase revenue by conducting incremental-lift-tests and in-depth analysis of user behaviour
You prepare and share analytics insights for diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations
Required qualification
Strong Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong understanding of data modelling and data analysis
Experience in working in agile surroundings, high flexibility and adaptability to continuous changes
A high degree of self-motivation, very good communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
Experience in eCommerce (and digital marketing) with a focus on customer data
Sufficient practical experience with cloud environments (e.g. Google Cloud / BigQuery)
Deep knowledge of coding languages for quantitative analysis (e.g. Python, R, SPSS, SQL)

Job: Full Time
Location: Casablanca - Settat Region / Rabat/ Salé Region / Remote.
Contract: Permanent Contract (CDI)
