What are our expectations from you?
CLIENT INSIGHTS
- Design and produce dashboards/reports to provide in-depth analysis of clients’ behavior and spending patterns, in order to feed functional action plans (Retail, Marketing, Communication etc.)
- Answer to ad hoc requests to provide insights that is not available in existing automated dashboards; this involves manually extracting, sorting, merging, aggregating and filtering datasets
- Constantly improve processes of producing client insights by working on reporting automation
CLIENT DATABASE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure the optimization of the customer database: frequent controls, cleaning, deduplication
- Implement new processes to ensure quality and accuracy of in-boutique/POS data collection
- Set clear objectives and monitor the results by boutique/POS
- Support CRM projects delivery and UAT, including Salesforce & clienteling app enhancements CRM CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT
- Work closely with Regional Client team to ensure implementation and adaptation of worldwide & regional campaigns (definition of target audience, checking counts, monitoring delivery…)
- Regularly update the campaigns calendar, gathering information from Regional Client & eCommerce teams, local Marketing & Communication teams
- Report on campaign performance, making suggestions to maximize campaigns’ impact
CLIENTS’ SELECTION FOR EVENTS
- Support Client Treatment project manager by providing relevant clients preselection for events (High Jewelry events, local commercial activations, arts & culture events…)
- Closely monitor portfolio of active and sleeping High Jewelry clients, building reportings on client treatments and associated ROI What you will learn:
- Get a holistic view on how we operate the client strategy in the luxury industry
- Understand how Client, Marketing & Commercial teams build their strategy based on client insights
- Participate in key projects of a market, from product launches to events or Strategic Plan
Who you are:
- Graduated from Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Data Science with 2-4 years previous experience in a CRM or data analytics position
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- An excel expert, mastering all functionalities and able to build a plan to transform rough data into relevant insights
- Notions of data visualization would be a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and high-volume workspace
- A curious mind, willing to learn with a hands-on attitude
