The Position

As a Production Manager, you will ensure production according to the pre-agreed production plan & release of products to QA. Then you will ensure the production/products meet quality requirements, secure patient safety and timeliness of quality actions.

You will be responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization through cLEAN leadership and driving simplicity, and you will handle people Management and continuously developing skills and competencies to ensure agility.

Adding to this, you will ensure outcome in compliance with internal and external requirements, met quality requirements and secure patient safety. You will also oversee the continuous improvement and optimization through cLEAN leadership and driving simplicity to ensure key deliverables and business development.

Qualifications

In this role we expect you to hold a university degree in pharmacy, engineering, or other relevant degree in a related field.
