The opportunity
As an EAM professional, you’ll be focused on bringing solutions and strategies to advancing our clients work & asset management capabilities. You’ll work with high-performing teams that drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring that you play your part in building a better working world through better working assets.
Your role as a manager will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, often interacting at an executive level, as well as sales and practice development activities, resulting in increased value and efficiency. You’ll help mentor, coach, and counsel your team members and help EY build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
The EAM Manager will provide Maximo architecture consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve their improve work and asset management capabilities.

Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements
Enhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients
Lead with confidence to actively promote emerging platforms and share knowledge and best practices
Solve our clients’ most difficult problems by bringing our solutions, strengths and points of view to become their trusted advisor
Lead and support opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives
Deliver EAM projects successfully
Develop external eminence across the sub-capabilities in the EAM space
Promote an effective forum for sharing EAM expertise
Strengthen our collective EAM knowledge, helping resolve our clients' EAM challenges
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field
A minimum of five years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience
A minimum of four years of experience delivering Maximo architecture consulting services to EAM clients
Deep Maximo application suite architecture and technical skills/experience
Deep Maximo integration skills/experience
Maximo Spatial skills/experience
Maximo technical certifications
Maximo environment/infrastructure skills/experience
Maximo migration skills/experience
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed
Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel depending on time of year. Must have a valid driver’s license
Ideally, you’ll also have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Utility experience a major plus
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
SAP EAM, Infor EAM, and/or Oracle product experience a major plus
EAM Configuration tools desired
