Job Purpose Major responsibility is to get things done through other people, make decisions, allocate resources and direct the activities of others to attain goals, do their work in an organization lead the department to achieve high production plan, GMP and safety and deliver the needed packs in the right time with Zero Safety incidents and the right quality with the least cost per pack. Education And Experience Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceuticals/Industrial (Post graduate degrees would be highly preferred) • 4 Years + of relevant work experience in Liquid Production. • Good command of English language is a must. Essential Skills And Abilities • Good Documentation skills. • Effective communication. • Dependent and reliable. • Problem solving capabilities. • Leadership skills to lead the team effectively. • Coaching. • Priority setting. • Flexibility.
