1) Monitor Outbound calls and evaluate agents' performance concerning the quality of service offered through all channels.
2)Record QA results per transaction on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with detailed, clear and professional performance feedback.
3) Provide Team leaders and supervisors
4) Monitoring quality of line
