We are playing a key role on one of the most iconic giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arguably one of the largest projects in the world. The HR Shared Services Manager is a newly created position, available for an immediate start and will be based in our Riyadh project office.
The role of the HR Shared Services Manager is to work as part of a newly forming HR Leadership team whilst developing and leading the HR Services team. You will provide consistent and efficient support to the Delivery Partners for the duration of the giga project.
Here’s What You’ll Need
Degree qualified (essential) and strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia employment legislation
Team leadership experience required
Experience ideally working in a Delivery Partnership environment (ideal)
Experience working in a complex multi-disciplinary engineering environment (ideal)
