Responsibilities
Managing a team that is part of the teamwork of business analyst and assistant consultants during the implementation of consulting projects and providing support and guidance to them.
Management and implementation of part of the operations of the department of communication with clients in consulting projects
Managing and implementing a set of work streams within the consulting projects and controlling the quality of implementation.
Defining and structuring documentation mechanisms, all data and information, and defining their sources for the working group of business analysts and assistant consultants.
Defining and framing business, information and data modeling processes and mechanisms.
Framing the research process and defining the axes and areas of research and sources.
Framing and defining the mechanisms and processes of analysis, evaluation and conclusion.
Interviewing clients and facilitating workshops and meetings.
Determining the appropriate tools, mechanisms and work enablers to carry out the various tasks in the consulting projects.
Design and innovate solutions and develop guidelines, frameworks for solutions and recommendations for improvement for clients.
Design and deliver presentations to clients.
Participation in the preparation and construction of technical and financial offers.
Gathering data and information related to opportunities and communicating with clients
Conducting analytical and research processes associated with the opportunity.
Other Requirements:
Full knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Project).
Analytical skills, Creative and logical thinking to solve problems and generate solutions.
High communication skills.
Experience in business process management, operational and organizational excellence, customer experience and performance management.
Written and spoken Arabic and English.
