Overview
ALS designs, field support, analysis and optimization of ALS systems according to customer requirement, supporting the expected growth of the Product Line.
Responsibilities
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Vision and Leadership
Create and maintain customer relations within ALS Kuwait
Focused on technical support for the key clients & projects.
Regular communications with OM, GBM and existing operations coordinators to ensure ongoing technical support are working in sync.
Conduct reporting functions pertaining to failure analysis, optimization, trending, inventory control.
Promote product and services, identify new markets and look for opportunities to expand and evolve existing markets.
Support Project start-ups, Plan and coordinate training as required by product line strategy.
Liaise closely with Geozone team and communicating the technical challenges & support requirements.
Liaise with customer contract holder and ALS specialist for the new applications.
Provide technical support and solutions to customers.

Ensure that that Health, Safety, Environment and Quality are the responsibility of all employees
Demonstrate effective Safety leadership at all times to enhance the organisation’s commitment to safety performance
Operational Capability
Minimum 5 years experience
Partner with Geozone team to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
Client and Communication
Support Country/Area and Regional PL teams by providing financial reports and advising corrective actions to taken.
Maintain personal contact with key customers on a frequent basis
Resolve customer complaints regarding service, product, or personnel
Qualifications
SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE
Excellent management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Understands and analyses competitors’ financial strategy and tactic
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding the finalcial targets.
Extensive knowledge of oilfield services, equipment, and parts
Broad technical understanding of current Product Lines
