Reservations Agent - Dubai

You will actively manage direct reservations with the help of the team on the ground for viewings. You will optimize external reservations through different channels. You will maximize booking revenue through price adjustments based on market research for the properties assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2-years experience as a telesales representative with Holiday Homes
- Converting leads calling from Propertyfinder and Dubizzle that want to stay in apartments
- Good knowledge of apartments in Dubai and how short term rentals work
- Ability to talk about GuestReady and what we do
- Excellent knowledge of English, Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

- Good computer skills for sending contracts, managing an excel sheet
