Our client is a la leading privately owned inter-dealer broker that provides holistic solutions. They are looking for a Receptionist for their office in DIFC.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE managing the front office and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. He/she will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Qualifications:
Should be able to handle a very busy reception
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and prioritizing
Dependability
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Problem-solving
Duration: Temporary for 3 months with a high possibility of absorption.
Location: DIFC
Timings: Mondays to Fridays | 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
