We are looking for Technical Presales Manager having 10+ years of experience in IT Industry and should be working either with System Integrator, IT Solution Provider, MSP, Datacenter or Cloud Operator.
What is required:
• Practical Knowledge and experience of various technologies in the area of Server, Storage, OS ( Windows/Linux), Hypervisor, and Networking for DC and Cloud Solutions.
• Experience working on Public Clouds like Azure, and AWS will be added advantage
• Experience with Backup, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Solutions ( Software Or Hardware) will be considered.
• Experience of working on Database and Application Servers ( Oracle, SQL, SAP, etc) Back up and restoration through command.
Responsibilities
• Develop a team for technical support and monitor support tickets and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
• Post-sales site visit, pre-requisite, implementation, project completion, documentation, and training.
• Ready to travel across India and Internationally as required.
• Need to train Channel Partners across the region (Middle East & Africa )and make them capable enough to give on-site support.
• Good written and verbal communication with a pleasant personality capable of giving demos/presentations
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Marketing, Experience with Sales and Marketing, Knowledge of Relevant Products and Sales, Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, Ability to Meet Goals, Ability to Work Under Pressure, High Energy Level, Motivation, Ambition, Technical Skill, Attention to Detail.
Good written and verbal communication with a pleasant personality capable of giving demos/presentations
A valid UAE Driving License would be a plus point.
