As a Technology Service Lead Engineer - Physical Security Systems, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:
To plan, implement, and maintain Physical Security Systems at Hamad International Airport, which includes but not limited to Access Control System, Video Surveillance System, Video Analytics System, and Foreign Object Debris Detection System. Work as an engineer who is efficient in understanding business requirements related to Physical Security Systems, project management, inventory management and preparation of project/ technical documents.
Support Project Manager to deliver Physical Security System projects, complying with established procedures, quality standards and methods to achieve targets of quality, cost, benefits and timelines.
Quality assurance checks during the implementation and commissioning of the system.
To control, supervise and coordinate installations, maintenance, upgrade and support of Physical Security Systems to meet the business objectives of HIA.
Managing effective communication with all internal/ external Stakeholders, Vendors, and Suppliers.
Proactive approach to identify business needs and providing relevant solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various internal/ external stakeholders to gather business requirement and plan the implementation/ upgrade of Physical Security Systems accordingly.
Ensure processes and standard operating procedures (SOP) are documented, reviewed and updated on regular basis.
Ensure that material inventory is up-to-date and relevant data is updated in configuration management database (CMDB) periodically.
Ensure regular coordination with team members and contribution during team activity.
Ensure all established IT infrastructure library (ITIL) and ISO 20000 processes and procedures are followed for standardized services and support across IT platforms, to enhance and improve IT service provisions, stability and predictability.
Ensure that all managed systems are in accordance with MATAR IT Cyber Security policy; provide mitigations to the identified risks.
About you :
Bachelors Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent.
Expert – minimum 6 years of job-relevant experience required.
Knowledge about Access Control System, biometric technologies, and associated standards/ protocols.
Exposure to Video Management System, CCTV Cameras and Video Analytics System.
Experience in dealing with various internal and external stakeholders.
