What will you be doing?
- Attain individual sales targets
- Forecast revenue attainment to a high degree of confidence and accuracy
- Recruit, hire and retain best-in-class sales talent
- Execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue potential
- Manage, plan, track and execute on sales targets
- Call and meeting coaching through 1-to-1 feedback sessions
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available and integrating support with routine job functions
- Analyze sales data to determine areas for development across the sales cycle and for each team member
- Develop and create processes to streamline pre-sales, sales and closing processes
- Ensure and maintain CRM data integrity
- Work cross-functionally across to maximize the team’s ability to execute and deliver
Who are we looking for?
- No less than 8 years of experience in sales, at least 3 of which in a leadership capacity.
- Hold a proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets at both individual contributor (early on in your career) and leadership capacities.
- Proven track record in recruiting, coaching, developing and retaining top tier, high-performing talent.
- Passionate about creating significant business impact; you are a true problem-solver.
- A strong communicator, enabler and effective influencer.
- True analytical thinker who has a knack for, and fluency in, data analytics
- High level of emotional awareness and sound judgement when it comes to people and business decisions.
- Consonantly encourage debate and two-way feedback, and prefer operating in flat/non-hierarchical organizational structures
- Constantly hungry and a life-long learner
