Jobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and working autonomously with minor direction towards predetermined long-term objectives.

Jobholders might act as internal consultants and facilitators through providing guidance to deliver and perform operational activities.

Their main operational role includes ensuring development and implementation of digitization and automation strategy, HC metrics, dashboards, and related reports on HRSM and quality assurance to suggest process and system improvements.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent is required
Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

Key Accountability:

Integrate, maintain, and update personnel data and information in the HRIS and when needed, coordinate with IT to solve apparent issues
Develop, update, and implement digitization and automation strategy, policies and procedures in line with benchmarks on latest trends on HC technology
Identify HC metrics, develop and update relevant dashboards to enhance user experience and reduce error rates
Gather, organize, store, update and retrieve information from HC departments to manage the archiving system cycle and to maintain datasets updated
Manage HC systems and align HC technology projects, plans, policies, and procedures accordingly
Review, validate, update, and approve BRDs to customize the system accordingly
Raise and work on new change request to the requirement system
Ensure that the organizational structure is reflected and updated on the system to support HC related decision-making processes
Develop the announcement and manuals for new services, manage awareness campaigns, and coach key users to ensure a user-friendly experience of systems and software
Update automation priorities and keep track of change requests to resolve and attend to them in due time and to spot delays
Attend to employee tickets and queries within the proper timeframes to enhance employee experience
Develop and update weekly meeting reports for reference
Conduct periodic quality assurance reviews, security and authorization random check on HC activities and tools to ensure optimal departmental workflow efficiency as well as proper implementation of set policies and procedures
Facilitate the execution of internal and external audit and provide needed support and assistance with required documentation and records
Develop inspection reports highlighting detected discrepancies and accordingly derive conclusions and recommendations, opportunities for improvement, and needed action plans to improve HC operational practices
Conduct root cause analysis to identify source of discrepancies and to develop and implement process improvements
Manage and update documents to keep up with changes in procedures, and ensure master data is being managed and audited properly
Attend to employee tickets and keep track of ticket follow up report and satisfaction rate for services to enhance employee experience
