- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Preparing meeting and training rooms
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Answering forwarding and screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing mail Hiring managing and developing the junior administrative team
- Provide excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments
- Experience in working with hospitality/airlines sector will be an added Advantage
- Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of UAE experience preferred
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.,) and Other Computer Applications
- Shall Possess skills in digital marketing, social media marketing, etc
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field in the hotel/ hospitality industry.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
