Receptionist - Dubai

  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Answering forwarding and screening phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing mail Hiring managing and developing the junior administrative team
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Scheduling appointments
Requirements
  • Experience in working with hospitality/airlines sector will be an added Advantage
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of UAE experience preferred
  • Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.,) and Other Computer Applications
  • Shall Possess skills in digital marketing, social media marketing, etc
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field in the hotel/ hospitality industry.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
