Product Manager

Job Description Responsible for the development and the validation of long-term planning and forecasting models. Responsible for the development of positioning and key strategies for the brand by advising on current product trends. Create an annual marketing plan Implement the marketing plans and key strategies to achieve objectives - Managing the launch of new products and fine extensions Managing KOLs related activities to create advocates to his/her assigned products - Develop relations with Area Managers, Supervisors and Medical Reps Prepare and train Field Force on Product knowledge and competitors' information Job Requirements Age below 38 years old. Minimum 3 years in product management position,at least 2 years in cosmeceutical companies. Pharmacist ,vet,science Able to lead, mentor and coach others Excellent computer and presentation skills Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing) Ability to learn and understand the portfolio and communicate the opportunity to potential prospects Professional planning and organization skills
