You will be responsible for:
Establishing organization, structure and processes in the entire nursing area incl. SOPs and trainings
Leading, coordinating and developing all nursing units with an international character
Strategic development of the hospital in cooperation with CEO, COO and CMO
Monitoring of risk management and quality processes according to JCI with focus on high quality patient experience
Ensure an excellent, innovative working environment for all nurses
What you will bring to the board:
A willingness to create and a sense of challenge
Graduate professional education in the nursing profession and management-related degree
Leadership experience, ideally combined with experience in setting up similar structures
Fluency in English
