We run a marketing agency and we need help finding a Recruiter
Location: Work-From-Home
Salary: $850USD/month + commission
Responsibilities:
Prior recruiting agency and staffing experience is required to be considered for a senior role.
Ability to own 10 high volume jobs in multiple locations and proven track record of success building teams
Knowledge of Marketing and Tech space
Have implemented ATS’s in the past
Must be experienced in competency-based behavioral interviewing
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and leadership
Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
Project management expertise is a strong plus!
Required Experience:
You'll need to be completely fluent in both written and verbal English. You need to be able to communicate quickly, and you need to have the following experience:
1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
1-2 years of staffing experience
1-2 years leading complex Marketing searches
1-2 years of sourcing experience

1 Interview with Hiring Manager
1 Interview with Operations Manager
