Supply Chain Assistant for Nilfisk’s office in Dubai
An exciting and independent job as Customer Care Support in UAE, where you will be part of our energetic customer service team. You will be given responsibility and be able to develop yourself from day one.
Expanding our position in the region
The position involves very exciting work in a company that insists on developing, producing, and marketing the best cleaning solutions on the market.
As Customer Care Support you will be the primary contact to our customers and distributors after an order is placed with our sales team. Your primary tools will be our SAP and Syspro ERP software program, Excel and Outlook You will be reporting to the team leader of customer service.
A safe and clean working environment is important and done by complying with procedures, rules and regulations is an important task.
Your primary responsibilities will be the following:
Taking care of our distributor’s orders from A-Z
Coordinate orders to make sure they keep agreed delivery schedules
Transport planning with internal team in Europe and customers
Support and handle customer service and general administration tasks
Cooperate with the rest of the Nilfisk team in UAE and support Group reporting
Purposeful and result-oriented relationship creator
To be successful in the position it is an absolute must that you are independent and work well independently. You are likely in the beginning of your career and looking to develop further.
Furthermore, you are motivated by having new challenges and thrive in a changing environment, where you can bring your good controlling and organisations skills in play and of course you excel in building new skills.
You enjoy learning about new solutions from self-study allowing you to bring better solutions to your customers to help them solve their issues.
There may be multiple backgrounds for the job, but we think that the right candidate has a relevant academic education at graduate level with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position. In addition, you have:
High level Excel skills and experience with ERP system (preferably SAP)
Experience with Salesforce.com
A well-developed interest in improving systems and finding ways where we can offer customer better service
It is a requirement that you are a good communicator in English both verbally and in writing. Additionally, it is an advantage but not a requirement if you have knowledge of French and Arabic.

You will be part of a dynamic office in Dubai. We are physically located in Al Quoz close to Al Safa Metro station.
