As Reservation Agent, We Rely On You To
- Responsible for providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservation service
- Attend to telephone enquiries and follow up on guests'requests
- Promotes Rooms / F&B promotions to guests
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Preferably has relevant experience with an international luxury hotel
- Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
- Customer oriented and result-driven
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong interpersonal skills
