Mandate Skills:
  • Proposed resource must have experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) (2 Years).
  • The Proposed resource must have 2 years experience in related administrative support roles (2 Years).
  • The Proposed resource must have experience working in a role that requires exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) (1 Year).
  • Proposed resource must have customer service experience (6 Months).
  • Proposed resources must possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and be detail-oriented. (2 Years).
Desired Skills:
  • Post secondary education in administration.
  • Previous government experience (municipal, provincial or federal).
  • Experience with IMAGES, SAP and/or Ariba.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with SharePoint/MS Teams (1 Year).
