Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To
Prepare technical support documents, procedures, work packs, and work instructions.
Support execution of crane maintenance activities
Support in defining onshore refurbishing I servicing scope of work
Liaise with OEMs for crane repairs, modifications, or any technical-related issues.
Spare parts support related to work orders, backloads, safety stock, and maintenance plans.
Provide daily technical support including troubleshooting during breakdowns.
Provide technical support to offshore teams in minimizing backlogs
Assist procurement team with material-related queries
Technical advice for all crane-related incidents during root cause analysis and investigations
This position will be Working from Home and the client's office.
Work Experience And Qualifications
Must have 5+ years of experience working with cranes
Must have 3+ years working in the offshore industry
Must be from a mechanical/hydraulic background
Must have very strong computer skills
Must be able to communicate well in English (verbally and written)
