We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of customer service representatives and ensure they meet performance targets.
Monitor customer service calls and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to the customer service process.
Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in customer service performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a customer service supervisor or related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Experience in sports industry is a plus.
Active participation in at least one sporting activity and good knowledge of sporting products as well as of sporting events.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
