Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:
Constantly offer a professional, cordial welcome and endearing service;
Understand the tasks of the servers in your point of sale;
Understand end-of-day reporting and the point-of-sale system;
Advise customers on the food and drink menu;
Know all the dishes on the menu, their garnishes, content and method of preparation;
Comply with policies, procedures and service standards;
Comply with all health and safety policies when handling food and beverages;
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications :
Previous service experience is an asset;
Previous experience with a point of sale system (POS system) is an asset;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;
Particularly responsible and reliable;
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
The ability to work in a team ;
Ability to focus attention on customer needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times;
Previous service experience is an asset.
Physical implications of the position:

Constant: standing and walking throughout the shift
Occasional: lifting and carrying loads up to 10 kg
Occasional: kneeling, pushing, pulling
Occasional: ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Visa requirements:
The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
