Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assistant Reservations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:


Always offer a professional, friendly and endearing service
Book and log reservation requests using PMS (Property Management System)
Fill in the reservation lists while ensuring the accuracy of the data as needed
Update reservations ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process
Ensure revenue maximization by driving sales of upgraded rooms and recommending hotel facilities
Liaise with the Sales department and other departments as needed
Respond quickly to questions by phone or email
Educate guests about hotel facilities in an efficient and helpful manner
Comply with department policies, procedures and service standards
Adhere to all security policies
Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer relations
Experience with a Property Management System (PMS) preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
Particularly responsible and reliable
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work in a team
Ability to focus attention on customer needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Previous experience in customer relations
Visa requirements:

The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
