What you will do: You ensure receipt of tickets (incidents and requests) declared by internal and external users; You contribute to the management of tickets, from qualification to resolution; You follow up with users throughout the life of the ticket; You ensure the installation and maintenance in operational condition of workstation equipment (computer and telephone). Profile: Computer technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and networks.
