We are looking for our Marc sites, a management controller.
Tasks:
Analyze and measure the performance of the structure
Establish the blueprint for budgets & forecasts
Collect important information from operational functions
Develop management indicators
Actively participate in accounting closings
Put in place tools for management, monitoring, procedures and verification of their proper use
Evaluate activities
Propose corrective actions after gap analysis
Provide technical assistance in cost management and study
Collaborate with operational and support departments to analyze performance, explain discrepancies and propose corrective actions
Prepare regular reports on the activity of the structure in which he works
Monitor the differences between the forecast objectives and the objectives achieved and propose corrective actions if necessary
Carry out economic and financial studies
Actively participate in the annual budget preparation and the periodic revision of the forecast
Ensure timely handling and response to Group requests
Produce activity dashboards (weekly, monthly or quarterly)
Write summaries of activity comments
Ensure the correct analytical allocation of revenues and costs
Determine areas of optimization and help operational managers realize savings
Monitor key performance indicators in order to alert operational managers in real time on the points of attention, as well as on the actions to be taken
Participate in various internal projects
Develop and implement reporting tools for senior management and members of the Operational Committee
Participate in the development and optimization of the information system: Definition of information flows, configuration of certain applications, animation of project meetings concerning dashboards and financial information
Implement and improve procedures for managing and optimizing the flow of financial information, and guarantee their reliability
Ensure compliance with procedures in general
Carry out all analyzes and work requested by his hierarchy
Required profile :
Education level: Bad+5 Business School.
Level of professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
Mastery of ERP
