Amaris consulting is looking to strengthen its Mobile Radio team with an SDM/TL.
As part of your mission you would have to accomplish the following tasks,
Understand and stay focused on the contractual objectives and put in place the organization necessary to achieve them.
Guarantor of compliance with the KPIs and SLAs mentioned in the service agreements .
Framing of production quality, dispatching and load control.
Define and enforce delivery schedules and commitments made to customers.
Apply a deployment strategy in accordance with the directives, in accordance with the challenges and objectives.
Ensure the right level of intervention & communication.
Propose areas of progress based on the analysis of KPIs
Preparation and validation of monthly invoices.
Career and professional development follow-up for each consultant (Salary packages, annual interviews, raises, etc.)
Profile :
BAC +5 engineering degree or equivalent
Possessing at least 5 years of experience including at least 2 years in team and project management
Excellent oral and written communication in French
PMP, ITIL, PRINCE 2 certifications appreciated
Having preferably already evolved as a Telecom engineer, ideally in mobile networks.
