As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent to expand our Finance activities and join a new fintech initiative, launched internally. We are looking for an agile and self-starter Experienced Software Engineer to develop a new financial product, empowered by Mantu, to help our clients on their daily financial management. You will be one of the 3 first talents of this fintech & responsible for the following tasks:
Defining and executing an ambitious technical strategy and roadmap to help us grow
Work closely with our CPO to figure out how to build the best possible product
Design, grow and lead our engineering organization
Be accountable for engineering velocity, product quality, security, and performance.
Build the IT department in charge of this product
Constantly look ahead and make sure we're solve the problems that come with increasing the scale of both our user base and our team
Your profile:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in Coding Skills : Java, VueJS, Typescript, SQL
Spring Boot, ElasticSearch, Postgresql
Nice to have: CI/CD, Terraform
Strong Oral and written communication in english, french is peferrable.
Strong interest on finance innovation & open banking
