Title Pharmacien Directeur Technique (Exploitation) Company Ipsen Pharma Algeria SPA Main Missions Job Description: The responsible pharmacist ensures the application of the technical and administrative rules enacted in the interest of public health. In the framework of his missions, he is in charge of: Justify at all times that imported Ipsen products comply with the characteristics they have to meet and that the necessary controls have been carried out. Ensure the application of local regulations for the importation and distribution activities of Ipsen Pharma products. Ensure compliance of the portfolio of products registered and marketed in Algeria, in accordance with local regulations. Within the affiliates, the quality Manager should design, implement and maintain the right local QMS based on affiliate scope of activities and pharmaceutical responsibilities based on global QMS and local regulations to assure the affiliate is fully compliant and efficient with GxPs requirements. Ensure with the quality head that quality and compliance are fully and efficiently integrated as per company’s GxP Quality Systems. The primary focus relates to Commercial Operations (eg encompasses local distribution, , quality complaint management and regulatory affairs activities) but responsibilities may expand into the whole product lifecycle as needed. Support the affiliate to adequately handle quality issues and to provide governance on quality matters in collaboration with global quality.
