Job purpose:
Group consolidation junior accountant will be part of the Group consolidation team and will have regular interactions with the countries’ financial teams. The team oversees the consolidation of 200 subsidiaries and is responsible for the accuracy of Group’s monthly and annual financial statements.
What you will do at Webhelp:
Support the local finance teams in providing assistance in HFM (consolidation tool) and group standards during the monthly closing process.
Review and analyse the reported financial package (Balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) of the assigned subsidiaries, in the monthly closing process ensuring on time reporting and IFRS and group guidance applied.
Participate in the consolidation documentation process (instructions, accounting entries, procedures, accounting manuals, etc.).
Support in collecting information across the group to build transversal analysis.
Contribute to projects relating to consolidation productions (development and upgrades to the consolidated reporting tool, training of HFM users, etc.).
Contribute to building a strong control environment across the Group.

Strong accounting knowledge.
Proficient in Excel (advanced level).
Qualifications and relevant experience:
Master’s degree in finance.
Advanced English and French oral and written.
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in audit or in an operational consolidation role, preferably in an international environment or accounting firm (type BIG 4).
IFRS knowledge is a plus.
Competences in HFM or relevant financial systems is a plus.
A good level of Spanish is a plus.
