The organization is planning and implementing effective programs with best global experts on coral reefs and turtle to train the local talent. Furthermore, the entity aims to promote innovation in environmental conservation by driving research, community engagement, strategic partnerships and effective coordination with other stakeholders.

Job Description

Collect and analyze data, in coordination with Data and GIS tams and other stakeholders

Develop reports related to the state of turtles and identify gaps

Identify and recommend the acquisition of turtle tracking equipment and technologies required, in coordination with Fieldwork Support and Technology Solutions team.

Collect and analyze data, in coordination with Data and GIS teams

Support the Compliance team in monitoring permitted projects and initiatives in nesting sites.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify and adopt innovative conservation and restoration measures, and technologies.

Develop and implement long term collaboration with international organization working on global sea turtles monitoring and conservation programs.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Fluent Written and Spoken English Required

Critical Individual Competencies such as written communication, oral communication, honesty/integrity, accountability.

Applicable individual competencies such as analytical thinking, attention to detail, interpersonal skills.

A team-oriented and creative thinker capable of envisioning projects to create change
