The organization is planning and implementing effective programs with best global experts on coral reefs and turtle to train the local talent. Furthermore, the entity aims to promote innovation in environmental conservation by driving research, community engagement, strategic partnerships and effective coordination with other stakeholders.

Job Description
Manage incoming correspondences for the CEO
Prepare CEO's responses on specific queries as per directions
Manage incoming correspondences for the CEO

Ensure all CEO Office documents are properly stored, classified and accessible
Handle all phone calls, collect and filter requests as per instructions
Keep track of CEO's appointments and obligations in order to set meeting's schedule and accommodate any changes
Manage logistics requirements for meeting rooms including room availability, room setup, required stationery and meeting amenities
Attend meetings with CEO and document minutes of meetings and next steps
Evaluate upcoming events in terms of purpose, guest profiles, location and attendance requirements and develop briefs to support CEO in participation decision
Draft and prepare appropriate CEO's speech in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a field related to management
Excellent written and clear spoken English.
Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of managing senior-level stakeholders
Good communication skills, including experience of working effectively with diverse audiences and colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with internal personnel, board members and key external contacts.
Highly organised and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and an ability to think proactively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time, with attention to detail and accuracy.
