Job Description
The role requires the individual to manage different aspects of business growth, through building key partnerships, identifying beneficial investment opportunities and by establishing successful joint-ventures, alliances and SVPs. etc., in addition to overseeing the following areas:
Investment Strategy & Planning
Partnership Management Strategy
Investors / Partnership Performance Monitoring
Program Management
Strategy Development, Planning and Contribution
People Management
Budgeting and Financial Performance
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Change Management
Reporting
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Development, or any related field.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Track record of expertise and skill-set in the following:
Investment Performance Reporting
Partnership Management and Evaluation
Monitoring & Reporting
Stakeholder Engagement
Feasibility Studies
