Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Telesales Agents. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers and generating leads for our products/services. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per day to potential customers using provided company phone and SIM.

Effectively present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company system.

Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve team objectives.

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.

Ability to handle objections and rejection positively and persistently.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with excell, word etc.
