***Hiring For Operation Manager/Director***
- Previous working experience as GM, Operation Director.
- Serve as a liaison to Sales and After Sales to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
- Experience in budget and business plan development.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software.
- Experience related to any industry.
- Working in Multi-National companies.
- Bilingual Arabic/English.
- Age 30-45.
- Education: MBA, or candidates from Automotive Engineering field preferred.
