Rental Agent (automotive)

We are currently hiring Rental Agents for our Group Company- National Car Rental (One of the largest car rental companies and sole distributor-Nissan, Infiniti, Renault & Exeed brands in State of Qatar)

Job Responsibilities

• Sell optional products for meeting customer wants and needs.
• Check customer rental parameters for ensuring understanding of rates and service charges.
• Update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire on the expected date of return, and process rental extensions.
• Receive telephone calls and handle customer issues or direct messages to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of the return date and time on the rental agreement.
• Complete rental or parking information for customers, disclose rates and terms of rentals and get signatures through effective sales techniques to utilize service options.
• Retrieve money collected and complete deposit slip and keep money safe.
• Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with necessary details.
• Review and submit reports to the supervisor.
• Finish car exchange requests in the computer system.

Skills

• Must have 2 yrs of Car Rental experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
