The Content Creator is responsible for developing, creating, and curating engaging and informative visual content across various digital platforms, including but not limited client requests, coverages, and original content. This includes researching, writing, editing, and publishing high-quality content that engages the target audience across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, blogs, and website copy.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and create engaging and informative visual content.
• Work with the team to generate and produce original content ideas.
• Plan and execute all aspects of video production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
• Operate video cameras and equipment, including lighting and sound equipment, to capture high-quality video footage.
• Edit and produce video content using industry-standard editing software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition.
• Maintain and develop our filming studio, utilized for both original and client content, using diverse setups such as green screens and background designs, to ensure optimal operation and maximum potential for creativity.
• Manage and organize all video footage and project files to ensure timely and efficient access to necessary assets.
• Coordinate the video editing team's tasks by assigning responsibilities, tracking deadlines, and organizing various tasks to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project concepts, from ideation to execution, through scriptwriting, storyboarding, and idea generation.
• Execute Instagram Story style content to cover and capture the essence of different events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that content aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure that the content is relevant and current.
• Coordinate video content with the video editing team.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video production, video editing, and visual content creation.
• Proficiency in using video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition techniques.
• Experience in managing and organizing video assets and project files.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in visual content creation.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
• Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating previous video production and editing work.
• A transferable QID/visa (NOC should be readily available).
