Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
- Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
- Review physical inventories periodically during the cycle counts
- Keeps and updates records of goods received and issued internally
- Dispose expired and waste stock according to procedure
- Maintain optimal stock levels for all consumables with help from Procurement department
- General housekeeping to ensure all areas are maintained clean, tidy and in safe condition.
- Work with Internal Customer to maintain an organised and efficient department.
- Such duties as may be deemed necessary for the continued operation of the company.
- Log new purchase material certifications diligently
- Material and Asset (Preliminary) Inspection
- Quality related documents submission as per Project requirements
- Liaise third party inspectors, NDT/Mechanical testing, lifting
- Generate SAP system for received complete good material
- Coordinate with logistic and warehouse lead for arrangement logistic material from vendor location to Proserv site
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment
- Apply Proserv, and where appropriate Client Company’s, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Safety Management Systems
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead by example to ensure company goals are achieved and exceeded
- Intermediate level certificate/degree
- Qualifications through courses in logistics or warehouse management
- 3+ Year Experience in a Logistics or Warehousing company
- Exposure to the project quality documentation in Oil and Gas field
- Experience in document and data management through software
