- Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance standards and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales revenue.
- Monitor sales and revenue, making recommendations to improve store performance and increase profitability.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store has sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and supplies.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, sales analysis, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
