Role / Team Overview


The Role


We are looking for a conscientious and driven Property Management Assistant to join our thriving Middle East Property Management team. The role will be based in Cairo with extensive travel throughout the country/and on some occasions the region - flexibility and a willing attitude is vital.


Key Responsibilities


  • Preparing the departments’ communications
  • Organize & follow-up team tasks
  • Organizing and planning meetings
  • Liaising with different departments for following up and organizing presentations, meetings etc
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that management may require
  • Drafting presentations and/or departments documents


Skills, Knowledge And Experience


  • English & Arabic proficiency
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
  • Detailed oriented and analytical approach
  • Good communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
