- Ensure proper administration of all employee services including payroll management, the HR management systems, medical insurance, record keeping and maintenance of personnel files, and employee grievances.
- Lead and monitor LCGPA’s employees’ attendance and time management systems.
- Ensure the provision of travel services (in coordination with the Administrative Support Department) to LCGPA’s employees including booking airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, visa requirements, etc.
- Provide guidance and clarification to employees and management on HR policy matters.
- Supervise the Handle all employee's grievances and complaints and ensure the proper resolving of the issue according to the Labor Law and LCGPA internal policies.
- Lead the implementation of staff termination (i.e. cancellation of work permits and exit permits, financial settlement, end of service, etc.) ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
- Maintain the relationships with the healthcare insurance companies to ensure LCGPA employees are insured with appropriate healthcare coverage.
- Lead and monitor reviewing analysis of payroll data to include wages, allowances, bonus, applicable deductions, etc. as per the approved compensation and benefits guidelines.
- Monitor the payroll system and ensure accurate disbursements are processed for the employees (e.g. payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonus, end-of- service indemnity, insurance, pensions).
- Lead the implementation of the GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) administrative services and follow up on any changes or update on its policies and procedures.
- Answer staff and management inquiries/ issues or concerns and provide any needed clarifications or information pertaining to payroll, compensation and benefits framework and policies.
- Lead the processing of end-of-service settlements, loans, pensions, etc. including processing of needed files, paperwork and settlement of payments.
- Lead building and maintaining relationships with government bodies regarding personnel matters (Ministry of Labor, GOSI, work permits, visas, etc.).
- Monitor the adherence to legal requirements and government reporting regulations in regard to the HR functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance with the Labor Law.
- Ensure all new and existing employee records, documents and contracts are maintained, updated and renewed in coordination with Legal and Compliance to ensure validity and accuracy of legal content.
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
