- Develop and implement investor relations strategies
- Manage relationships with investors, banks and other relevant stakeholders
- Communicate the companys financial and strategic performance to investors
- Conduct market research and analysis in regards to new investment opportunities
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and other investor communications
- Assisting in structuring new investment rounds
- Ensuring compliance with ESG requirements
- Profiling and approaching potential investors
- Assist the Chief Strategy Officer in identifying growth opportunities, such as new market expansion, potential M&As, acquiring lines of credit and developing financial models for new business lines and building stronger investor relationships
- Support embedded finance initiatives and non-equity/alternate investment initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- CFA is a plus
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to interpret investment statistics and identify upcoming trends
- Familiarity with investor relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
