Regional Director – Africa

· Plans, direct and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
· Review project proposal & plan to determine time frame, funding limitations procedures and quality parameters for accomplishing project, staffing requirement and allotment of available resources to various phase of project.
· Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for assignment of project personnel.
· Responsible for all Power Transmission and Distribution business starting from construction phase, testing and commissioning phase until closing phase and having the (PAC & FAC).
· Fulfilling all company's and stock holders' requirements.
· Managing after sales services and customer's satisfaction.
· Managing budget review, schedules and project's cash flow.
· Managing all projects’ structures (WOS) and selecting PMs.
· Following up revenue and collection status for all running projects.
· Setting strong relationship and connections with clients.
· Managing site activities and resources for all running projects.
· Confers with client and project teams to provide guidance and problem solving.
