As an Manager, Internal Audit Quality Assurance, she/he is responsible for Supporting senior management with evaluation of internal audit performance against policies, procedures and best 
practices.

1. Leading quality assurance (QA) in Internal Audit Department.
2. Monitor progress of the IA team tasks. 3. Develop and review quality assurance and improvement program and training staff policy.
4. Ass to develop Internal Audit Department policy.
5. Develop PMO solutions. 6. Estimate and control the budget for the Internal Audit Department.
7. Leading self-assessment for Internal Audit Department
8. Periodic review for all action items and makes sure they are implemented.
9. Ass to develop training plan for IA team
10. Design an efficient and effective periodic internal assessment program for their internal audit activity.
11. Evaluate the external quality assessment options and determine which option will work best for their internal audit activity.
12. Apply the planning guide to identify and highlight any gaps related to quality assurance of managing the internal audit activity by performing a self-assessment involving the applicable IPPF guidance.
13. Clarify the relevant criteria for assessing conformance to IPPF guidance related to quality assurance of managing the internal audit activity.
14. Develop the key elements of a periodic self-assessment of managing the internal audit activity
15. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
16. Update CIAO on the project progress. 17. Analyze data for IA department and find the weaknesses, strength in Internal audit department and develop improvement plan.
18. Evaluate IA department performance and develop corrective action plans if needed
19. Providing QA guidance to internal audit covering all aspects of internal audit assurance activity.
20. In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies.
21. Sharp attention to detail, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and diligent attributes.
22. Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
23. Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions.
24. Extensive skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
25. Extensive skill in leadership ex (leading team, couching, Delegation, Motivation, Relationship Building)
26. Lead the operations of the department as assigned, whilst effectively leading and guiding members of senior management as well as building and sharing a strategic vision that others can aspire and commit to
27. Establish the required performance standards within the department, ensuring effective cascading to respective teams and management of adherence to them
28. Supervise and review performance of individuals in the team
29. Give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the division’s strategy, annual goals and objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ relevant work experience.
• Mandatory: Graduate degree in business-related areas and/or Certified in relevant areas
