Overview
- Create annual campaign plan for Masterbrand and lead master brand related campaigns (e.g.: national day, regional & international campaign)
- Design and deliver the entity launch plans as guided by Regions and Sectors central marketing team who consult the Region & Sectors business teams
- Collaborate with marketing teams across NEOM to identify audiences and build persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy and to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
- Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning top funnel virtual events, and measuring results
- Develop and kick off campaign briefing and gather insights to inform campaigns; Define campaign strategy, platform and Media plan
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications Community and support development of the aligned events plan and campaign communications
- Define content and creative brief adhering to content guidelines. Identify and select agencies and influencers. Oversee production through agency and localization through content team for all campaign collaterals
- Collaborate with Content & Thought Leadership team to deliver innovative content while ensuring adherence to the NEOM brand guidelines
- Brief, create and distribute creative marketing assets across media and social channels to ensure adherence to campaign execution timelines
- Provide inputs for activation of SEO/ PPC. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels and test media channel performance to adjust investment and optimize campaign
- Define the campaign KPI and success parameters; Collaborate with Data and Insights team to build required dashboard and reports
- Regularly monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize the campaign as required
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
- Extract insights from reporting and analytics to improve future marketing activity
- Work effectively on a day to day basis with all agencies ensuring they are delivering on tasks and meeting deadlines
- Development of presentations for internal approval by senior management and committees and BoD
- Ensure project planning is established for all responsible projects and ensure close adherence from assigned team members and internal and external partners
- Provide ongoing support to the Snr Manager on all campaigns tasks as directed
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in campaign management or marketing
- Strong knowledge/ experience of designing and deploying large scale B2B and B2C campaigns
- Expert knowledge of current marketing trends
- Strong organizational, time-management and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and creative thinking mindset
- Strong collaboration skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, communication or related field
- Relevant industry qualifications/ certifications
