- Responsible for optimizing our Sales performance reporting structure and processes.
- Optimize our KPI dashboard with continuous flow of data.
- Synthesize performance trends and business performance
- Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
- Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner.
- Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests.
- Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modelling
- Develop joint business plans to support the sales team
- Deliver unbiased insights to improve Sales performance.
- Work with Sales teams (Sales Acquisition, Account Management and Sales Support) to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set with continuous monitoring.
- Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance are integrated into everything we do.
- Uncover insights and opportunities and translate them into product enhancements to improve Sales Performance.
- Can build on previous experiences in the same or similar fields.
- Strong analytical skills and can demonstrate a working knowledge of the different types of Analytics: Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator at all levels; uses data and well structured arguments to present a point or position.
- You are execution focused and have a proven record of success in complex environments.
- Results-driven, high-performing, high-quality work attitude.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker and an advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
