Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Oversee and lead requirements discovery, solution design, business requirements gathering & writing, product development, and user acceptance testing.
- Perform requirements analysis and process engineering.
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Partners with the stakeholders and cross-functional team to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, use cases, workflows, business rules, and any artifacts needed to fulfill the product requirements document.
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Conduct any activity needed to cover the business requirements gathering, utilizing international techniques & global standards, and follow the best practices
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
- Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate/appraise staff, and provide regular feedback on performance.
- A local professional with +5 years of experience building digital government services/ products as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, both in Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to simultaneously manage a wide number of different functional areas.
- Creativity and critical thinking skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge in the digitalization field, understating of emerging technologies.
- A proven ability to motivate staff and provide appropriate developmental opportunities that increase operational performance.
